Using a mix of hands-on techniques, exercise therapy, and movement education, athletic therapy helps restore balance, strength, and flexibility. Whether you are dealing with an old injury, recovering from surgery, or want to prevent future pain, it provides a clear path to recovery and long-term health. Brynn uses an osteopathic approach, looking at all systems of the body to determine the root cause and balancing the body as a whole. Brynn also utilizes Bowen Therapy, Neurokinetic Therapy, and more to find the best techniques for your specific conditions.
