Brynn is passionate about helping people move with less pain and more confidence, especially when they’ve already tried everything else.
With over 10 years of experience across Canada and the United States, she specializes in concussion recovery, chronic pain, and complex cases that haven’t responded to conventional treatment.
Brynn is a Certified Athletic Therapist and Manual Osteopathic Practitioner, certified in craniosacral therapy, visceral manipulation, and myofascial release. She completed her Master of Science in Athletic Training and worked as a Licensed Athletic Trainer in Washington and Missouri before returning home to Port Coquitlam. She is also a Certified Matwork Pilates Instructor and Bowen Practitioner, giving her one of the most comprehensive skill sets in the region.
What makes Brynn’s approach different is how she combines movement, hands-on osteopathic care, and nervous system-based treatment to find what others miss, not just where it hurts, but why.
Back home in Port Coquitlam, Brynn loves serving her community while staying active outdoors with her husband, children, and two German Shepherds. She believes healing isn’t just about recovery, it’s about helping people reconnect with their bodies, restore hope, and feel stronger in their everyday lives

In 2022 she began to focus her practice on post mastectomy work, learning different modalities that could be helpful for this oncology and post-surgical population.
